Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your Catnip account at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

Follow these steps to permanently delete your account directly from the Catnip app:

Step 1:

Open the Catnip app on your device

Step 2:

Navigate to your Profile tab at the bottom of the screen (it's the rightmost tab with a person icon)

Step 3:

Scroll down to the bottom of your profile page and look for the red "Delete Account" button with a warning icon

Step 4:

Tap "Delete Account", read the confirmation message carefully, then tap "Delete" to confirm (this action cannot be undone)

Step 5:

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. You will be automatically signed out and redirected to the welcome screen.

Important Notes:

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • This action will delete all your data from Catnip
  • You will not be able to recover any information after deletion
  • If you have an active subscription, cancellation may be required separately

Request Account Deletion

If you're unable to access the app or encounter any issues while deleting your account, you can request account deletion here. We'll process your request within 48 hours.

Important: By submitting this request, you understand that:

  • Your account and all data will be permanently deleted
  • This action cannot be undone
  • You will lose access to all your conversations, matches, and profile information
  • Deletion will be processed within 48 hours
